What Is CRA Authorization?

CRA authorization allows a third party — like your accountant — to access your tax information and communicate with CRA on your behalf.

How It Works

  1. Complete a form online via CRA My Account or sign a T1013
  2. CRA processes the authorization (instant online, 5–10 days by paper)
  3. Your representative can view info and file on your behalf

Important: We Will Never Ask for Your CRA Password

At Done Right Accounting, we use CRA's official authorization process only. Your security is our priority.
